This fly, which is a take-off of the Gold Ribbed Hare's Ear nymph, has all of the components of a great searching or attractor pattern. The partridge feather soft hackle adds life and movement; the hare's ear body adds natural "buggyness"; there is a small, red hot-spot collar and a gold bead to add both a little weight and flash; present it well and the fish will have trouble passing it up. Dead drifted or swung in the current, the Partridge & Hare Soft Hackle can be a terrific producer. Available in size 12, 14 & 16.
